“ I wish the portion was slightly bigger, however, the food and service was excellent! I have never tasted orange beets before and I am absolutely thrilled I did this evening. The chef knocked it out the park with his brussels sprouts, cherry tomatoes, farro, and green olives with the beet. Commendable! ”

I go here far more than their other restaurants. It is worth the trip. The service is usually excellent and the food can be amazing! “ Had the filet mignon, it was beautifully cooked, their freshly made tortilla chips were absolutely delicious and hot, their bread and butter was so soft and delicious. **The special menu item "chicken con queso" was amazing, they must add it to the menu! we were served by Mr.Adam, We made our orders and told Mr.Adam we don't want any pork products, do the manager Mr.Jeff came himself to inform us everything is made on the same wide grill but everytype of meat is cooked on a specific part of the grill to check if we were comfortable with it and offered to make the burger on a pan. It's so very appreciated guys, thank you so much! Absolutely a 5/5 service, they made this experience even better! ”

“ I used to work at Silverado like 10 years ago and wanted to revisit some good memories and man had I missed this place. The food is so good I’ve been dreaming about it the last couple years. I got the filet tips pasta dish which was always so good. Couldn’t pass up trying their drinks and the bread pudding has and will always be to die for. Sure do miss you guys! ”
“ This restaurant is in a strip mall. A little bit odd for a great American restaurant. The unique item to get at this location is the fajitas. Quality of the steak is very good. The taste is superb. The margarita is also very good. The Mexican egg roll is delicious! Very unique and delicious! ”
